摘要
针对机电安装工程中涉及到的管线复杂、施工图纸深化设计存在大量"错、漏、碰、缺"、工程分包单位多配合差、工程施工管理协调困难等问题,对项目采用了BIM技术,通过BIM可视化协同设计、管综深化设计、工程量统计、4D施工模拟等技术应用,较大程度上可解决项目中存在的问题。
In view of pipeline these problems such as complex pipeline, construction drawing deepening design existing "error, leakage, touch, lack", engineering subcontractors with poor cooperation and engineering construction management with difficult cooperation, the BIM technology was applied to the project. Then through BIM technology application of the visualization collaborative design, pipeline compre- hensive deepening design, engineering quantity statistics, 4D construction simulation, these existing problems in the protect were solved a large extent.
