摘要
采用A/O工艺处理乙烯生产过程中产生的含氮污水。中试试验结果表明:总水力停留时间为24 h,处理能力比工业装置提高1.6倍。连续运行期:进水COD浓度190~300 mg/L、有机氮浓度10~70 mg/L、氨氮浓度14~25 mg/L、总氮浓度26~76 mg/L之间,经过处理后的出水COD浓度低于50 mg/L,氨氮浓度低于1 mg/L,有机氮浓度低于5 mg/L,总氮浓度低于10 mg/L。两种菌体组合后可以相互促进,进而提高脱氮效率。系统脱除总氮效果稳定,总氮和COD去除率分别可达80%和90%以上。
Ammonia-containing wastewater from ethylene production process was treated by A/O process. The pilot test results showed that the total hydraulic retention time was 24 h, the processing capacity was 1.6 times higher than that of industrial device. The concentration of CODcr was less than 50 mg/L,organic nitrogen was less than 5 mg/L,NH3-N was less than 1 mg/L and total nitrogen was less than 10 mg/L in the effluent when the concentration of CODcr was between 190 and 300 mg/L,the organic nitrogen was between 10 and 70 mg/L,NH3-N was between 14 and 25 mg/L,total nitrogen was between 26 and 76 mg/L in the influent. The total nitrogen removal effect of the system was very stable, the removal rates of COD and total nitrogen were more than 90% and 80%, respectively.
