摘要
目的观察反思性教学模式在护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取于我院实习的66例实习生作为研究对象,采用双盲法将其分为研究组和对照组,各33例。对照组采用常规临床带教模式,研究组采用反思性教学模式,比较两组教学效果。结果研究组教学满意度、基础知识、护理技能、护患沟通意识以及风险防范意识得分均高于对照组,护理技能提升时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论反思性教学模式在护理临床带教中具有良好的效果,能有效提高实习生的各项能力,有利于提升实习生的综合素质,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of reflective teaching mode in clinical teaching of nursing.Methods A total of 66 medical students practiced in our hospital were selected as study objects and divided into study group and control group according to double-blind method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine clinical teaching model, and the study group adopted reflective teaching mode. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction, scores of basic knowledge, nursing skills, awareness of communication between nurses and patients and awareness of risk prevention in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and nursing skills upgrading time was shorter than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Reflective teaching mode in clinical teaching of nursing has good effect, which can effectively improve medical students' various abilities and comprehensive qualities, it is worthy of popularization and application.
