摘要
在领导实践中,存在领导风格组合的客观现象。本文从计划行为理论的视角出发,选取企业项目的领导者作为研究对象,结合项目生命周期相关情境特征,采用嵌入性案例研究并结合统计测量的混合研究方法 ,探索了领导者的领导风格组合机制。研究发现领导风格在局部具体事件层面呈现不同领导风格维度(领导行为)相组合的特征。本文构建的领导风格组合机制模型验证并扩展了基于尼希米案例的领导风格组合和相关情境因素的认知,有效地完善了情境领导理论,因而有利于领导者通过适当的领导路径有效影响下属行为。
In leadership practice, there is an objective phenomenon of leadership style combination. From the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior, this paper selected the leaders of the enterprise projects as the research object, applying the embedded case study to explore the leadership style combination mechanism. The research process combined the related situation characteristics of the project life cycle, and applied the mixed research method of statistical measurement. Ultimately, it is found that leadership style presents the characteristics that different dimension of leadership styles(leadership behaviors) at the level of local specific events combine one another". The model of leadership style combination mechanism constructed in this paper validates and expands the perception of leadership style combination based on Nehemiah's case and related situational factors, which effectively improves the situational leadership theory, and thus helps leaders to effectively influence subordinates' behavior through appropriate leadership paths.
