摘要
从内异症的病机、内异症与气滞血瘀的关系、理气活血法在内异症治疗中的应用及疗效机理等方面探析理气活血法治疗内异症的可行性。认为血瘀是内异症的主要发病机理,瘀血内阻为本病基本病机,气滞血瘀证是内异症的最常见中医证型,理气活血法是中医临床治疗内异症的常用治法。建议内异症的临床研究及疗效评价体系应不断客观化与标准化,对理气活血中药机理研究应多方位、多靶点深入开展,为中医药治疗内异症提供更为有效的思路和方法。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of promoting Qi and activating blood method in the treatment of endometriosis from the pathogenesis of endometriosis,the relationship between endometriosis and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,promoting Qi and activating blood method in the treatment of endometriosis,therapeutic effectiveness mechanism. Thinks that blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of endometriosis and blood stasis resistance is the basic pathogenesis of the disease. Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is the most common type of the disease,promoting Qi and activating blood method is commonly used in the clinical treatment in TCM. Suggest endometriosis clinical research and curative effect evaluation system should be constantly objectification and standardization,research on the mechanism of TCM for Qi and blood circulation should be comprehensive,more in-depth development targets,in order to provide ideas and methods for future researches.
