摘要
目的探究小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎应用高频彩超进行诊断的临床效果。方法本次研究收集68例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿参与研究,设置为研究组,所有患儿均于2017年1~12月期间入院,另选择同期间在我院进行健康体检的68例健康儿童设置为对照组,两组受检儿童均行高频彩超进行诊断。对两组受检儿童病灶血流信号分级情况进行比较,同时对比两组受检儿童淋巴结节个数,淋巴结节纵、横径,以及纵、横径比值。结果研究组淋巴结节个数、纵径、横径以及纵横径比值相比对照组儿童更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病灶血流信号分级中0级患儿相比对照组显著更少,而Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患儿明显多于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经研究发现,通过高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎进行诊断的效果显著,可有效显示患儿的病情严重程度,因此该种诊断方式值得在临床中进行推广,以提升小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high frequency color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods Sixty-eight children with mesenteric lymphadenitis from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study and as the study group. In addition, 68 healthy children in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. All children of two groups were diagnosed by highfrequency color ultrasonography. The grading of blood flow signals in two groups were compared, and the number of lymph nodes, the length of lymph nodes, the diameter of the lymph nodes, and the ratio of length to diameter of the two groups were compared. Results The number of lymph nodes, longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and ratio of length to diameter in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the study group, the grade 0 children were significantly fewer than those in the control group, but grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ children were significantly more than those in the controlgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The study found that the diagnostic effect of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis by high-frequency color ultrasonography is significant, which can effectively show the severity of the disease in children, so the diagnostic method is worthy of clinical promotion, to enhance children＇s mesenteric lymphadenitis diagnostic rate.
