摘要
目的介绍妇女职业模式的内涵、外延及其特点,探讨职业模式中影响生育力的关键因素。方法采用文献综述的方法,概述我国职业模式的变迁及其对妇女生育力及人口质量的影响。结果现代企业用工制度下,妇女就业模式发生了巨大变化;妇女职业模式通过影响妇女生育意愿和生育健康影响我国人口生育率,基于工作的经济收入、长时间坐姿、工作负荷大、夜班轮班、长时间工作等因素增加了妇女生育风险。结论科学预防是保障妇女生育健康、提高妇女生育力的根本途径,系统研究妇女职业模式的内涵、外延及其特点,系统研究生育健康、生育力的评价与监测指标,系统研究职业模式中影响生育力的关键因素有非常重要的意义。
Objective To introduce the connotation, extension and characteristics of women＇s occupational model, and explore the key factors affecting fertility. Methods Literature review method was used to summarize the changes of China＇s occupational model and adverse impact on women＇s fertility and population quality. Results The employment model of women has changed greatly under the modem enterporise employment system. Female＇s occupation model affected China＇s fertility rate by influencing their fertility desire and reproductive health, work-based economic income, sitting position for a long time, heavy- workload, shift or night work and long working hours increased women＇s reproductive risk. Conclusion Scientific prevention is the guarantee of women＇s reproductive health and the basic way to improve women＇s fertility. It＇s very important to conduct a systematic study of connotation, extension and characteristics of the women＇s occupational model, to research assessing and monitoring index of reproductive health and fertility, and to analyze the factors affecting fertility in occupational model.
