摘要
目的探究护理干预联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者对代谢指标、激素水平及治疗效果的影响。方法选择多囊卵巢综合征患者152例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各76例。对照组口服二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用护理干预联合二甲双胍治疗。3个月后比较2组患者糖代谢指标、性激素水平变化;随访1年,比较2组排卵率及妊娠结局。结果治疗3个月后,观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均低于对照组(P<0.05);黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组排卵率、自然妊娠率、足月分娩率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预联合二甲双胍治疗可显著改善多囊卵巢综合征患者糖代谢指标和性激素水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods A total of 152 PCOS were enrolled in the study,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with76 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin orally,and the observation group was given nursing intervention combined with metformin. After 3 months,the glucose metabolism index and sex hormone levels of two groups were compared. After one-year follow-up,the ovulation rate and pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared. Results After 3 months,the level of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,fasting insulin（FINS）,insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） of observation group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The luteinizing hormone（LH）and testosterone（T） levels were lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. After 1 year of follow-up,the ovulation rate,natural pregnancy rate,and full-term delivery rate were higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with metformin can significantly improve glucose metabolism index and sex hormone levels in patients with PCOS and improve clinical efficacy.
