摘要
目的探讨规范化疼痛管理在肢体骨折患者中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法选取2016年1月至2016年6月在我院骨科进行治疗肢体骨折的59例住院患者作为对照组,予以常规疼痛管理,选取2016年7月至2016年12月59例住院患者作为规范组,给予规范化疼痛管理,比较两组患者模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、功能独立性评定表评分(FIM)、镇痛不佳发生率及患者满意度。结果规范组术后1天、术后3天及出院时的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);规范组术后1天、术后3天及出院时的FIM评分显著高于对照组(p<0.05);规范组术后1天、术后3天发生临床镇痛不佳的患者均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);出院时规范组满意度显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论规范化疼痛管理能够及时控制肢体骨折患者疼痛,促进患者术后恢复,降低镇痛不佳发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized pain management in patients with limb fractures. Method A total of 118 inpatients with limb fractures treated in our hospital from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017 were enrolled, and they were randomly divided into the standard group（59 cases） and the control group（59 cases）. The control group was given routine management pattern and the standard group was given standardized pain management pattern. The visual analogue pain score（VAS）, functional independent measure（FIM）, incidence rate of fail analgesia and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the standard group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1, 3 day after surgery and at the discharge day（p〈0.05）. The FIM score of the standard group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1, 3 days after surgery and at the discharge day（p〈0.05）. The incidence rate of fail analgesia of the standard group were significantly lower than that of the control group at 1, 3 day after surgery（p〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the standard group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the discharge day（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardized pain management can timely control the pains in patients with limb fractures, promote patients＇ postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of fail analgesia, and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
