摘要
以机械工程中常见的零件为案例,利用SolidWorks软件中零件设计模块,绘制零件的三维模型图,结合软件中装配模块,对零件进行了模型装配。通过装配可知:该零件的设计符合设计要求,零件之间不存在干涉现象,该模型形象反映了零件之间的实际装配效果。结合案例可知:SolidWorks软件在机械工程中的应用,不仅节约了产品设计时间,减少了劳动力,降低了设计成本,同时也为设计者对产品评估及设计优化提供了参考,对保证所设计产品的质量具有重要意义。
Taking the common parts in mechanical engineering as an example, using the part design module in SolidWorks software, drawing the 3D model diagram of the part, combining with the assembly module in the software,the model assembly of the part is carried out. The design of the part meets the design requirements and there is no interference between the parts. The image of the model reflects the actual assembly effect between the parts. The application of SolidWorks software in mechanical engineering can not only save product design time, reduce labor force and reduce design cost, but also provide reference for designers to evaluate and optimize products.Test, to ensure the quality of the design product has an important significance.
