摘要
季节性供血不足是每个血液中心常年的难题,江苏省血液中心经过2015—2016两年工作模式转变的摸索,总结出大力开发流动采血点、将献血车开进市中心外围以扩大采血半径;创新宣传方式,丰富献血纪念品,充分发挥中心志愿者的主观能动性;提高高校学生献血率、在冬夏季前夕加大库存,利用科普教育基地及宣讲团队宣传无偿献血等应对措施,使近两年冬夏季采血量明显上升,缓解了季节性供血压力,为临床供血提供保障。
Seasonal insufficiency is a perennial problem in each blood center,after two years’ exploration from 2015 to 2016,the Blood Center in Jiangsu Province has summed up solutions to it.They are：developing mobile blood donation spots,taking blood donation vehicles outside the city to expand the peripheral blood radiu;implying innovative propaganda methods,verifying blood donation gifts,giving full play to the initiative of volunteers;improving university students’ blood donation rate,expand store in winter and summer,advocating free blood donation via science education base and propaganda team.In the last two years,the blood donation amount increased significantly,alleviating seasonal blood insufficientsupply pressure,providing guarantee for clinical blood supply.
