摘要
目的探讨手术室优质护理对急诊手术患者心理和应激状态的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2017年10月在我院手术室行急诊手术治疗的100例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以手术室优质护理。比较两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、血压、心率、手术配合度及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、收缩压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术配合度与护理满意度分别为98.0%、96.0%,均高于对照组的84.0%、82.0%(P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理可有效改善急诊手术患者的心理和生理应激状态,提高其手术配合度和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing in operation room on mentality and stress status of patients with emergency operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with emergency operation in operation room of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given high quality nursing. The SAS scores, SDS scores, blood pressure, heart rate, operation coordination degree and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS score, SDS score, systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The operation coordination degree and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were respectively 98.0% and 96.0%, higher than 84.0% and 82.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing in operation room can effectively improve the psychological and physiological stress status of patients with emergency operation, and improve the operation cooperation degree and nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
