摘要
随着深层页岩气的开发,对成套压裂装备的使用维护成本以及节能环保提出了更高的要求。在调研国内外电动压裂装备的基础上,探讨了利用电力开展页岩气压裂规模化应用的可行性,提出了不同压裂工况下电动压裂装备的配置方案,并从技术参数和经济性等方面进行了分析。电动压裂装备能够实现零排放、噪声小、功率大,与常规压裂机组相比,使用维护成本下降30%。针对规模化推广电动压裂装备中存在的施工风险及安全隐患提出了建议,同时应加强电动压裂装备施工安全规范及相关标准的建立。该研究成果具有良好的应用前景,将为我国页岩气低成本开发示范推广提供保障。
With the development of deep buried shale gas,higher requirements have been put forward for the use and maintenance cost,energy saving and environmental protection of whole set of fracturing equipment. Based on the investigations of electric fracturing equipment,the feasibility of application of electric power on large-scale shale gas fracturing was discussed. The configuration schemes of electric fracturing equipment under different fracturing conditions were proposed,and were analyzed on the technical parameters and economic aspects. Electric fracturing equipment can achieve zero emissions,low noise and high power,whose use and maintenance costs could be reduced by 30% compared with conventional fracturing units. Suggestions were made on the operation risks and potential safety hazards in large-scale promotion of electric fracturing equipment. The operation safety specification and related standards for electric fracturing equipment should be established and strengthened. The research results have a good application prospect and could provide guarantee for the promotion of low-cost development of shale gas in China.
