摘要 谷胱甘肽硫转移酶是体内重要的Ⅱ相解毒及抗氧化代谢酶,其基因多态性使酶活性降低,进而导致一些肿瘤细胞的易感性和化疗效果发生改变。故综述谷胱甘肽硫转移酶基因多态性与结直肠癌、食管癌、肺癌、宫颈癌易感性以及与化疗疗效、不良反应和耐药性相关性的研究进展,旨在为明确谷胱甘肽硫转移酶基因多态性在肿瘤防治中的作用提供参考。 As the most important phase II metabolism enzyme,glutathione S-transferase decreased its activity due to its genetic polymorphism,and resulted in susceptibility variation of tumors and effects variation of chemotherapy drugs. In order to clarify the effects of GSTM1 genetic polymorphism on tumors treatment,relationship between GSTM1 genetic polymorphism and susceptibility of tumors ill rectum,esophagus,lung and cervical cancer,as well as chemotherapeutic effects,toxicity,resistance and so on were reviewed in present paper.
