摘要
针对军校科研型实验室建设和管理当中存在的若干问题,仔细查找原因,剖析问题的根源。结合海军航空大学信号与信息处理山东省重点实验室在教改当中的实际做法、案例,提出了问题解决的针对性办法。通过积极投入教学使用、仪器设备资源节约优化和主任负责分工管理等手段,实现军校科研型实验室建设和管理综合水平的提升。
Aiming at some problems in the construction and management of scientific research laboratory in the military academies,we should find out the reasons and analyze the root of the problems.Combined with the practices of the key laboratory of signal processing and information processing of the Naval Aviation University,the paper puts forward the targeted solution to the problems. Through the active use of teaching,equipment resources optimization,the director responsible for the division of labor management and other means to achieve military research laboratory construction and management of the overall level of improvement.
