摘要
目的探讨传染性肺结核患者家庭中密切接触者结核感染发病及预防的效果。方法选取沾化区人民医院2016年4月—2017年4月参与治疗的患者100例,将患者家属分为两组,编号为接受预防治疗组和未接受预防治疗组。对两组患者家属进行结核菌素试验,对患者家属进行胸部X线检查。记录两组患者家属近3年肺结核发病率状况。两组患者家属接种预防时间不同,记录两组患者家属结核感染发病率状况。结果接受预防治疗组发病率均显著低于未接受预防治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在50例接受过预防性治疗的患者家属中,半年内接受治疗的患者家属28例,接受预防性治疗超过半年的患者家属有22例,根据数据分析,前者患者家属结核感染发病率明显高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核患者家属家庭成员进行预防性治疗,能够降低疾病感染的发病率,降低肺结核的发病率。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the incidence and prevention of tuberculosis infection in close contact with families of patients with infectious tuberculosis. Methods A total of 100 patients who participated in the treatment from April 2016 to April 2017 in Zhanhua District People＇s Hospital were selected and the patients famllies were divided into two groups, numbered as receiving preventive treatment group and not receiving preventive treatment group. The two groups of patients famllies were tested for conjugates and chest X-rays were performed. Record the incidence of tuberculosis in the two groups for nearly three years. The time of vaccination prevention was different in the two groups, and the incidence of combined infection in the two groups was recorded. Results The incidence of the preventive treatment group was significantly lower than that of the non-prevention treatment group（P〈0.05）. Among the 50 patients famllies who received preventive treatment, 28 patients famllies received treatment within the first half of the year and received prevention. 22 patients famllieshad therapy for more than six months. According to data analysis, the incidence of tuberculosis infection in the former was significantly higher than that of the latter. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preventive treatment of family members of patients with tuberculosis can reduce the incidence of disease infection and reduce the incidence of tuberculosis.
