摘要
提高土地利用效益是促进新型城镇化健康发展的重要途径之一,通过构建新型城镇化与土地利用效益评价指标体系,采用均方差权值法、相对发展度、耦合度和协调度模型测度山东半岛城市群2006—2015年新型城镇化水平、土地利用效益及其两者耦合水平.结果表明:1)山东半岛城市群土地利用效益和新型城镇化水平指数不断提升,新型城镇化增长速度略快于土地利用效益增速.2)耦合关系不断优化,由拮抗发展到磨合阶段,协调等级从初级提升到中级协调.3)新型城镇化与土地利用耦合状态呈动态变化趋势,政府部门应准确把握两者间的内在规律,提高土地利用效益,推动新型城镇化的健康发展.
Improving land use efficiency is one of the important ways to promote urbanization. Through the construction of new urbanization and land use efficiency evaluation index system,the mean variance weight method,relative development degree,coupling degree and coordination degree model were used to measure the new urbanization level,land use efficiency and the coupling level of the urban agglomeration of Shandong Peninsula from 2006 to 2015. The results show that： 1） The land utilization efficiency and new urbanization quality of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations are continuously improving,but most of the new urbanization lags behind the intensive land use efficiency. 2） The coupling relationship between the new urbanization quality and intensive land use efficiency is gradually being developed from the state of antagonism to the run-in phase,and the type of coordinated development has been upgraded to the medium-level coordinated type. 3） The relationship between new urbanization and land use is constantly evolving. Government departments should accurately grasp the inherent laws between the two and improve the efficiency of land use so as to promote the healthy development of new urbanization.
