摘要
目的探究3种不同剂型的二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的成本-效果。方法 2017年2—10月间将该科210例糖尿病患者进行随机分组为A、B、C 3组,各为70例;A组:用吡格列酮二甲双胍普通片治疗;B组:二甲双胍缓释片治疗;C组:用二甲双胍肠溶片治疗。治疗后,比较3组的药物成本和临床效果。结果治疗后3组患者的FBG、PBG以及Hb A1c指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而对比治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的成本-效果明显优于B、C组,而B、C组则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种不同剂型的二甲双胍均可用来治疗糖尿病,从成本-效果方面来考量的话,二甲双胍普通片则明显优于其他两种剂型。
Objective To study the comparison of cost-effect of three types of different doses of melbine in treatment of diabetes. Methods 210 cases of diabetes patients in our department from February to October 2017 were randomly divided into three groups with 70 cases in each, the group A were treated with pioglitazone metformin common tablets, the group B were treated with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, while the group C were treated with metformin enteric coated tablets, after treatment, the cost of drugs and clinical effect were compared between the three groups. Results After treatment, the differences in the FBG, PBG and HbA1c between the three groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significants（P〈0.05）, and the cost-effect in the group A was obviously better than that in the group B and in the group C, but the difference between the group B and group C was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Three types of different doses can be used to treat the diabetes, but in terms of cost-effect, the effect of metformin common tablets is obviously better than that of the other two types.
