摘要
目的分析结直肠癌患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平与营养状况(总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、淋巴细胞数)的关系。方法回顾性调查2013年5月至2017年7月结直肠癌患者136例,胃肠息肉患者63例。比较结直肠癌与胃肠息肉患者的血清SOD水平及各营养指标,分析血清SOD水平与各营养指标(总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白和淋巴细胞数)的关系。结果胃肠息肉患者的血清SOD、白蛋白、血红蛋白和淋巴细胞数均高于结直肠癌患者(P<0.05);结直肠癌患者中,未发现远处转移者的血清SOD水平与营养指标均高于发现远处转移者(P<0.05);结直肠癌患者血清SOD水平与总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白和淋巴细胞数皆呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者营养状况越差,血清SOD水平越低;发生远处转移的结直肠癌患者与未发生远处转移的患者比较,血清SOD水平与营养状况更低。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum SOD level and nutritional status in colorectal cancer patients. Methods Clinical data of 136 patients with colorectal cancer and 63 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in Tongji Hospital from May 2013 to July 2017 were retrospective reviewed. The relationship between serum SOD level and nutritional indicators（ total protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and lymphocyte count） in two groups was analyzed with SPSS 21. 0 statistical software. Results The levels of serum SOD,albumin,hemoglobin and lymphocytes in patients with gastrointestinal polyps were higher than those in colorectal cancer patients（ P〈0. 05）. Serum SOD levels in patients with colorectal cancer without distant metastasis were higher than those in patients with distant metastases（ P〈0. 05）. Serum SOD level was positively correlated with total protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and lymphocyte count in colorectal cancer patients（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Serum SOD levels are positively correlated with the nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients. And lower serum SOD level and nutritional status may indicate the distant metastasis in colorectal cancer.
