摘要
目的观察肉毒素联合透明质酸注射在面部下1/3年轻化中的应用效果。方法选择2015年11月至2017年11月本院收治的面部下1/3衰老患者150例,均进行A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸注射治疗,术后加强随访,评估治疗效果。结果 150例研究对象,显效68例、有效79例、无效3例,总有效率为98.00%,平均康复时间为(12.62±2.26)d。随访6个月,很满意52例,满意94例。不满意4例,护理满意度为97.33%。结论肉毒素联合透明质酸注射应用于面部下1/3衰老患者面部年轻化中,临床疗效显著,且患者康复时间较短,美观度高,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of botulinum toxin injection on facial rejuvenation. Methods 150 patients with senile senile patients treated in our hospital were randomly selected. From November 2015 to November 2017 as the study period, botulinum toxin type A and hyaluronic acid injections were performed. Postoperative follow-up was strengthened., assess the treatment effect. Results Among the 150 subjects, 68 were markedly effective, 79 were effective, and 3 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 98.00%. The average recovery time was（12.62±2.26） days. After 6 months of follow-up, 52 patients were satisfied and 94 patients were satisfied. Dissatisfied with 4 cases, the satisfaction degree of nursing was 97.33%. Conclusion： Botox combined with hyaluronic acid injection is applied to facial rejuvenation in the face of the lower 1/3 of aging patients. The clinical curative effect is significant, and the patient has a short recovery time and high aesthetic value, which is worthy of promotion.
