摘要
基于semi公司的电压型模拟集成控制器SG3525,设计并研制了一套250W的双管正激变换器的实验样机,详细介绍了其恒压输出的控制器设计,主电路设计与TLP250隔离驱动电路设计,实验结果表明,所研制的实验样机输出电压稳定,在负载跳变或受到干扰时动态响应速度较快,具有较强的鲁棒性。
A 300 W double-tube forward converter is designed and developed based on the semi-company voltage-type analog integrated controller SG3525. The controller design of the constant voltage output,the main circuit design and the TLP250 isolation drive circuit is introduced in detail. The experimental results show that the output voltage of the experimental prototype is stable,and the dynamic response is faster when the load jumps or is disturbed,and has strong robustness.
