摘要 目的:探析儿童寰枢关节半脱位的X线、CT及MR诊断效果。方法:将2016年2月-2017年10月期间我院收治的80例寰枢关节半脱位患儿选为研究对象,采用X线、CT及MR予以检查诊断,总结分析各检查手段的诊断结果。结果:80例患儿中,35例患儿选用X线检查,诊断呈阳性者11例,占有比率为31.4%;55例患儿选用CT检查,诊断呈阳性者22例,占有比率为40.0%;45例患儿选用MR检查,诊断呈阳性者32例,占有比率为71.1%。MR检查阳性率高于X线、CT检查,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :儿童寰枢关节半脱位的X线、CT及MR诊断效果均较高,其中MR检查诊断准确率更高,但成本比较高,在临床诊断中,可根据患者实际情况予以选择。 Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of X-ray, CT and MR in children with atlantoaxial subluxation. Methods: Eighty patients with atlantoaxial subluxation in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected as study subjects. X-ray, CT and MR were used to diagnose and diagnose them. The diagnostic results of each test were summarized and analyzed. Results:Of the 80 children, 35 cases were selected by X-ray examination, 11 cases were diagnosed positive,occupying rate was 31.4%; 55 cases selected by CT examination, 22 cases were positive, the occupancy rate was 40.0%; 45 cases of children selected MR examination, the diagnosis was positive in 32 cases,accounting for 71.1%. The positive rate of MR examination was higher than that of X-ray and CT examination, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion: The diagnosis of atlantoaxial subluxation in children with X-ray, CT and MR is high. The diagnostic accuracy of MR examination is higher but the cost is higher too. In clinical diagnosis, it can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.
