摘要
目的研究雷尼替丁联合特色护理治疗胃溃疡的应用效果。方法随机选定2016年4月—2017年4月本院收治的98例,遵循随机数字表法的分组原则,分为观察组、对照组,每组样本容量49例。两组均行雷尼替丁治疗,对照组采纳常规护理,观察组采纳特色护理,比较护理效果、生活质量。结果总有效率观察组、对照组分别是95.92%、73.47%,观察组较高;观察组生活质量四维度评分较对照组高。结论雷尼替丁联合特色护理可有效改善胃溃疡患者病情、生活质量,效果显著。
Objective To study the application effect of ranitidine combined with special nursing in treating gastric ulcer.Methods 98 cases were selected randomly in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 and divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with ranitidine,while the control group adopted routine nursing,the observation group adopted special nursing to compare the nursing effect and quality of life.Results The total effective rate in observation group and the control group was 95.92% and 73.47% respectively,and the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Ranitidine combined with special nursing can effectively improve the condition and quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer.
