摘要
目的了解经输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法以随机法将2016年1月—2017年12月本院收治的62例输尿管结石分成两组:31例实验组选经输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗,31例对照组选体外冲击波碎石治疗,对照两组效果。结果实验组结石清除率比对照组更高(P<0.05);实验组手术时间(37.68±3.57)min,与对照组(56.69±6.60)min相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组2例发生并发症,对照组8例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对输尿管结石选经输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ureteroscope and laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 62 cases of ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups by randomization method 31 cases in the experimental group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteroscope. 31 cases in the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and the effects of two groups were compared. Results The stone clearance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The operation time of the experimental group was （37.68 ± 3.57） minutes, which was signifcantly diferent from that of the control group （56.69 ± 6.60） minutes （P 〈 0.05）. There were 2 cases of complications in the experimental group, and 8 cases in the control group. The diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ureteral calculi by ureteral hard holmium laser lithotripsy is efective.
