摘要 目的分析术后健康教育对肺癌患者肺功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选取在本院接受手术治疗的360例肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各180例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预模式,研究组采用健康教育模式。观察对比2组患者护理前后肺功能、心理健康水平及生活质量情况。结果护理干预前,2组患者肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者护理后的肺功能指标均优于护理前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施护理前,2组患者的心理健康指标[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施干预前,2组患者生活质量健康调查量表评分(SF-36评分)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组护理后的生活质量SF-36评分均显著高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后健康教育模式在肺癌患者中应用效果显著,能有效改善患者肺功能,提高患者心理健康水平及生活质量。 Objective To study effect of postoperative health education on lung function recovery and quality of life in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 360 lung cancer patients undergoing surgery in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 180 cases each. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,while the study group was given health education. Lung function,mental health and quality of life before and after nursing of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Before intervention,the pulmonary function indicators of two groups had no significant differences( P 〉 0. 05),and were better after intervention that nursing before,and the study group was better than the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Before nursing,there were no significant differences in mental health indicators such as Self-rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale( SDS) between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05). After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than nursing before,and the study group was lower than the control group( P 〈 0. 05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Short-form Health Survey scores( SF-36 score) between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05). The SF-36 scores of quality of life after nursing in both groups were significantly higher than nursing before,and the study group was higher than the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Postoperative health education has significant effect for lung cancer patients,and it can effectively improve lung function,enhance mental health and quality of life of patients.
