摘要
目的了解耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)中质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药基因qnr的分布特征。方法收集2016年1月-2017年3月临床分离的129株CRKP,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增qnr基因,并测序确定基因型。结果 129株CRKP中,98株检出qnr基因,绝大多数为qnrS(75.2%,97/129),仅一株为qnrB,未检出qnrA。结论 qnr基因普遍存在CRKP当中,以qnrS为主。携带qnrS基因是CRKP耐喹诺酮类抗菌药物的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the distribution of plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance gene qnr in carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP). Methods From January 2016-March 2017,totally 129 strains of clinical isolated CRKP were collected. Then the QNR genes were detected by using polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and sequencing to determine the genotype. Results Among the 129 strains of CRKP,98 were detected qnr gene,the majority was qnr S(75.2%,97/129),only one strain was qnrB,and qnrA was not detected. Conclusion QNR genes are widespread in the CRKP,mainly about qnrS. Carrying qnrS gene is the main reason that CRKP resistance to quinolone.
