摘要
在城市道路交通建设层面如何通过有效衔接是任何一个城市交通设计都需要解答的课题.按传统的大增量式建设的方法进行城市交通的管控显然不具备方法上的合理性和不适应撤县(市)设区的社会背景.以济南为例,解读了撤县设区(市)背景下的城市道路的现状和有效衔接的困境.在此基础之上,分析了济南市道路建设和有效衔接的问题,提出对济南市城市道路有效衔接进行整体优化的管控思路与对策.
How to connect effectively in urban road traffic construction is the subject that any city traffic design needs to answer. According to the traditional method of large and incremental construction, the control of urban traffic is obviously not reasonable and doesin＇t adapt to the social background of repeal county and set up district policy. Taking Jinan as an example, the situation of urban road and the predicament of effective cohesion are interpreted in this paper. Basis on this, we analyzed the road con struction of Jinan and put forward the problems of city road effective connection, the effective connection of Jinan city road whole optimization control ideas and countermeasures.
