摘要
以薄壁六角螺母为研究对象,为解决实际试模中碰到的材料折叠问题,采用DEFORM-3D软件对螺母成形过程进行模拟分析。通过模拟分析得到材料折叠原因在于模具结构的不合理,而后提出对传统浮动模具结构的改进方案。采用改进后模具重新进行模拟计算,通过对比分析其成形过程、材料流向、应变分布,材料折叠问题得到成功解决,在JNT-32B-5S多工位自动冷成形机床上进行试模,试模结果与模拟结果一致。通过有限元分析技术和试模进行对比分析,改进后模具结构能够完成带薄壁零件的成形,为带薄壁类零件的冷镦成形提供一种新的思路。
For the thin-walled hex nut,its forming process was simulated by finite element software DEFORM-3 D in order to solve the material folding during practical production. Then,the cause of material folding was improper structure of mold according to by FE analysis results,and an improved structure for traditional floating mold was proposed. Furthermore,the simulated calculation was conducted again by the improved mold,and the problem of material folding was solved successfully by comparative analysis forming process,material flow direction and strain distribution. Finally,an experiment was conducted by multi-position automatic cold forging lathe JNT-32 B-5 S,and the experimental results were consistent with the simulation results. Thus,the improved mold structure can forge the thin-walled parts by the comparative analysis of the finite element analysis technology and the trial test,which provides a new idea for the cold heading of thinwalled parts.
