摘要
博落回散因其具有抗炎抗菌活性,且使用后无残留和对畜禽适口性较好等特性,已经作为饲料添加剂被广泛的运用于饲料的生产加工中。使用益生菌发酵饲料不仅可以将饲料中的蛋白质分解成氨基酸、便于畜禽的吸收利用,还可以平衡畜禽肠道微生物菌群、促进畜禽生长,因此益生菌也被添加到禽畜饲料中。本文探究了不同浓度博落回散溶液对9种常用的饲料添加益生菌的抑制作用,以及最小抑菌浓度。实验表明9种益生菌的最小抑菌浓度均远远高于正常的博落回散使用浓度(60μg/ml),为博落回散和益生菌同时在饲料中的添加使用提供了实验依据。
Macleaya cordata extract has been used as a feed additive in feed industry for the advantages of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity and non-residual. Feeds release nutrients as probiotic decompose them, which help to improve the utilization of feed. Probiotic may also balance the intestinal tract microflora of livestock and poultry, promote the growth of livestock and poultry. Thus probiotics are also used as a kind of feed additive. This article explored the effect of different concentrations of macleaya cordata extract solution on the growth of nine common probioties, as well as the minimum inhibitory concentration. Experiments showed that the minimum inhibitory concentrations of macleaya eordata extract to the 9 kinds of probiotics were much higher than those of the normal used coneentration(60 μg/ml), which means both macleaya cordata extract and probiotics could be added in feeds at the same time.
