摘要
目的探讨多西紫杉醇和替吉奥治疗蒽环类耐药乳腺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将本院2016年1月—2017年6月收治的56例蒽环类耐药乳腺癌患者随机分为两组,观察组28例采用多西紫杉醇联合替吉奥治疗,对照组28例采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应情况。结果两组患者通过治疗后,观察组患者总有效率(71.43%)显著高于对照组患者(42.85%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后恶心呕吐者、腹泻者均少于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论多西紫杉醇联合替吉奥治疗蒽环类耐药乳腺癌患者,具有临床效果好、不良反应少等优点,能有效提高患者生活质量。
Objective Analyze and observe the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of combination of Docetaxel and Tegafur in the treatment of anthracycline resistant advanced breast cancer.Methods56 cases of patients suffered anthracycline resistant advanced breast cancer were enrolled in the study,they received treatment in our hospital during January 2016 and June 2017 were and they were randomly divided into two groups（observation group and control group）.The 28 cases in the observation group were treated by Docetaxel combined with Tegafur,while the 28 cases in the control group were treated by Docetaxel combined with cisplatin.The total efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group（71.43%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（42.85%）,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.The amount of patients suffered nausea and vomiting,diarrhea after treatment in the observation group was less than the control group,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Docetaxel combined with Tegafur performs the advantages including good clinical effect and less adverse reaction in the treatment of anthracycline resistant breast cancer,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
