摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取古蔺县人民医院2015年6月—2017年6月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损表(SSS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者SSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者SSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效确切,其可更有效地改善患者的神经功能及预后。
Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 90 cases of ischemic stroke patients were selected from June 2015 to June 2017 in Gulin People＇s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin and clopidogrel,observation group was treated with atorvastatin based on control group,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The SSS scores before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no significant difference of SSS scores was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the SSS scores in observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with aspirin and clopidogrel have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke,it can effectively improve the neurologic function of patients,improve the prognosis.
