摘要
通过IR分析、干燥与煅烧实验以及胶溶实验对拟薄水铝石中"水"的存在形式及其对拟薄水铝石溶胶性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,拟薄水铝石含有三种水:以范德华力结合的吸附水、以氢键结合的层间水和以AlOH键结合的结晶水,总含水量31.92%,其中吸附水16.34%、层间水3.75%、结晶水11.83%,拟薄水铝石的结构可表示为γ-AlOOH·0.31H_2O·1.38H_2O;吸附水对拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能没有影响,层间水决定了拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能。
The water states and its effects on the peptizing properties of the pseudo boehmite were investigated by IR analysis,drying and calcining experiments and peptization experiments. The results show that the pseudo-boehmite contains three kinds of water: physical adsorption of water forced with Van der Wals,layer water bound with hydrogen and crystal bonding water Al-OH. The proportion of total water in the pseudo-boehmite is 31. 92%,with the content of adsorption water,interlayer and crystal water is 16. 34%,3. 74% and 11. 84%,respectively. The adsorption water has no effect on the solubility of the pseudo-boehmite,and the interlayer water determines the peptizing property of pseudo-boehmite.Therefore,the structure of pseudo-boehmite can be expressed as γ-AlOOH·0. 31H_2O·1. 38H_2 O.
