摘要
目的分析广州市无偿献血后血液筛查梅毒抗体阳性的献血者,为招募梅毒感染低危人群,降低输血传播梅毒风险提供理论依据。方法对2014―2016年广州市无偿献血梅毒筛查阳性献血者数据进行回顾性统计分析,分析广州市无偿献血者梅毒抗体阳性群体特征。结果 2014―2016年广州市无偿献血906366人次,筛查梅毒抗体阳性3353人次,各年梅毒抗体筛查阳性率分别为0.49%、0.37%、0.25%,总阳性率为0.37%。其中,男性筛查阳性率高于女性,梅毒抗体阳性筛查率随年龄组增长而上升,低学历献血者阳性率高于高学历献血者,初次献血者高于重复献血者,个人献血者阳性率高于集体献血者。结论近年来广州市梅毒抗体筛查阳性率不断下降。梅毒抗体筛查阳性献血者在年龄、学历、个体与集体献血和献血次数中的差异均有统计学意义;高学历人群、单位员工和重复献血者是梅毒感染低危人群,应为保障血液安全的重点招募对象。
Objective：To analyze the blood screening and syphilis antibody positive donors after voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou so as to provide theoretical basis for reducing the risk of transfusion transmitted syphilis among people with low risk of syphilis infection.Methods：The data of positive blood donors screened from syphilis in Guangzhou from 2014 to 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The characteristics of syphilis antibody positive groups in unpaid blood donors in Guangzhou were analyzed.Results：From 2014 to 2016,906366 voluntary blood donors were selected from Guangzhou,3353 people were screened for syphilis,and the positive rates of syphilis antibody screening were 0.49%,0.37% and 0.25% respectively,and the total positive rate was 0.37%.Among them,the positive rate of screening in men was higher than that in women;syphilis antibody positive rate increased with age;low degree of blood donors were higher than that of the high degree of blood donors;blood donors for the first time were higher than the repeated blood donors;the positive rate of individual donors was higher than that of collective blood donors.Conclusion：The positive rate of syphilis antibody screening in Guangzhou has declined continuously in recent years.Syphilis antibody positive blood donors were statistically significant in the differences in age,education,individual and collective blood donation and the donation frequency;highly educated people,employees and repeat donors are low risk population in syphilis infection,so focus should made on ensuring the blood safety of recruits.
