摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在急性睾丸疼痛中的鉴别效果及诊断价值。方法采取回顾性分析方法,回顾85例急性睾丸疼痛患者的临床资料,所有患者收治起止时间为2016年1月—2018年1月。85例患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察检查结果并就患者超声表现进行分析。结果 85例患者经彩色多普勒超声检查显示,睾丸扭转14例,睾丸炎11例,附睾炎60例,其中1例睾丸扭转患者疼痛超过20 h,超声检查显示睾丸缩小、回声降低,图像内显示内有一条样彩流,误为睾丸炎,观察近6 h后复查未见血流,考虑亚急性扭转,手术切除睾丸。超声检查准确率为98.82%、误诊率为1.18%。结论彩色多普勒超声能够准确诊断多种病因引起的急性睾丸疼痛,对于疾病的治疗和预后有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in acute testicular pain. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to review the clinical data of 85 patients with acute testicular pain.All patients received treatment from January 2016 to January 2018. All 85 patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The results of the examination were observed and the patient＇s ultrasound performance was analyzed. Results In 85 patients undergoing color Doppler ultrasonography, there were 14 cases of testicular torsion, 11 cases of orchitis, and 60 cases of epididymitis. Among them, 1 case of testicular torsion had pain for more than 20 h. Ultrasound examination revealed that the testis was shrinking and the echo was reduced. There was a sample flow within the display, which was mistakenly referred to as orchitis. After the observation of nearly 6 h, blood flow was not re-examined. Subacute torsion was considered and surgical removal was performed. The accuracy rate of ultrasound examination was 98.82% and misdiagnosis rate was 1.18%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose acute testicular pain caused by a variety of causes, which is of great significance for the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
