摘要
为了便于捆状的气焊焊丝在实践教学上的使用和保持焊丝的矫直效果,需要设计一种切断装置,能将经过焊丝矫直切断机矫直部分矫直的焊丝按一定长度自动切断,要确保能将焊丝切断,能重复连续工作,可编程控制,且要控制成本,结构简单,操作便捷。
In order to facilitate the use of the binding welding wire in practice teaching and to maintain the straightening effect of the welding wire,it is necessary to design a cutting device to cut a certain length of wire that be straightened by wire straightening and cutting machine. To ensure that the wire can be cut off,it can be repeated continuously,programmable and controlled. The cost is simple and the operation is convenient.
