摘要
柳州五菱汽车工业有限公司是广西大型的汽车企业之一,其主要业务为汽车零部件的生产和销售。在其生产销售的众多零部件中,对车门的业务涉足较浅,还有很大的业务空间可以拓展。为了给公司寻求新的业务增长点,通过对国际知名汽车零部件供应商麦格纳车门业务进行分析,并结合五菱汽车工业有限公司的实际情况,采用类比方法对公司车门业务的发展提出建议,供决策部门参考。
Liuzhou Wuling automobile industry Co.,Ltd is one of the large-scale automobile enterprises in Guangxi. Its main business is the production and sale of automobile parts. The door business is very shall among most of the parts it products and sales,there is a lot of business space can be expanded. In order to find a new business growth point for the company,this paper analyzes Magna door business,a well-known supplier of international components,and combines with the actual situation of Wuling automobile industry Co.,Ltd,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of door business by analogy method for the reference of decision-making departments.
