摘要
无论是社会、家长还是教师对于教育目标的追求一直是锲而不舍的。当然,在不同的时代和观念背景下,他们对于教育目标的表述也会有所不同,一般来说教育"成才说""成功说"以及"成人说"都是人们对于教育培养目标的表述。这些表述的变化背后隐藏着的是人们对于教育的真正看法,是教育真正要实现的目标,还是人们对于教育目标方向的探索?文章试图从这三种教育目标表述的内涵及演变出发,揭开表述背后人们对于教育的真实意图,并指出面对教育培养目标表述的变化,社会、家庭及学校对于教育发展的期望以及他们自身所要担负的责任。
The pursuit of education goals by the community,parents or teachers has always been persistent. It is natural that in different ages with different concepts they have different expressions of their goals. Generally speaking,the definition of talent, the definition of adulthood, and the definition of success in education are changing with the different expressions of the education goals. The paper discusses the evolution and implications of these definitions in order to reveal the true intention, goals, expectations and responsibilities embodied in these changing definitions related to the community,parents or teachers involved.
