摘要
以高职院校与本科院校青年体育教师为研究对象,找出高职院校与本科院校青年体育教师科研的差距,探究高职青年体育教师科研的隐忧问题:论文发表质量的隐忧、科研方向明确性与稳定性的隐忧、科研创新的隐忧、科研动机的隐忧。在此基础上提出对策:营造良好的科研环境,构建科学有效的科研管理机制;挖掘内在因素,提高青年教师科研素养。
Take the young PE teachers in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges as the research object,find out the gap between the young PE teachers in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges. To probe into the hidden problems of the scientific research of the young PE teachers in higher vocational colleges：the hidden worries of the quality of the publication of the thesis,the hidden worries of the clarity and stability of the direction of scientific research,and the hidden worries of the innovation of scientific research. On the basis of this,some countermeasures are put forward：to create a good scientific research environment and to build a scientific and effective scientific research management mechanism;Excavate the internal factor,improve the young teacher scientific research accomplishment.
