摘要
发展新能源汽车是国家战略。电池包是新能源汽车动力核心,随着国家政策的要求不断提高,对电池包性能要求也随之提高,同样对电池包生产过程控制要求更加严格。通过对电池包生产过程控制要素整理,针对电池包在线模拟整车环境检测电池包性能参数进行系统研究,制定检测策略和方案,保障电池包下线后性能参加满足整车工况要求。
The development of new energy vehicles is the national strategy. Battery pack is the core new energy car power. With therequirement of increasing the national policy, demand increases the performance of battery pack, the same to the battery pack more strictproduction process control. Through to the battery pack process control elements, in view of the battery pack online simulation environmentfor vehicle test research on system performance parameters of the battery pack. This paper develops detection strategy and scheme, ensuringthe battery pack after offline performance to meet the requirements of working condition of the vehicle.
