摘要
通过对普光气田管理现状的调研与分析,借鉴国内外先进企业的标准化管理模式,运用系统整合的理论,对中国石化中原油田普光分公司现有的体系进行分析,开展管理标准体系研究,优化管理标准体系的框架结构,建立了与普光分公司总体发展目标、战略规划、企业文化相一致,与分公司管理体制相吻合,与经营管理机制相协调的科学、先进、高效的管理标准体系。
Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the management of Puguang gasfield, the existing management system of Puguang gasfield of Zhongyuan Oilfield of Sinopec is analyzed using the standardized management model of advanced enterprises at home and abroad and the theory of system integration, and the framework of the management standard system is optimized, and a scientific, advanced and efficient management standard system is established for Puguang gasfield which is consistent with the overall development goals, strategic planning and corporate culture of Puguang gasfield branch, and is in line with the management system of the branch, and is in harmony with its management mechanism.
