摘要
抽油机井井口应用盘根盒密封,盘根盒一般采用盘根填充压紧,保证光杆上下冲程的密封。盘根太紧,抽油机能耗升高;太松则容易漏油。需要对盘根调整松紧进行优化,从而提高效率,节约能耗,延长寿命。通过对盘根盒上扣扭矩、调整周期以及定转矩盘根盒的研究及应用,进一步提高了盘根松紧调整质量,节约了能耗,实现了抽油机盘根松紧精细调整。
The well head of the pumping well is sealed by packing box, and the packing box is generally pressed by packing to ensure the sealing of the upper and lower strokes of the rod. The packing is too tight, the energy consumption of pumping units is increased; too loose is easy to leak. The tightness of packing needs to be optimized so as to improve its efficiency, reduce energy consumption and prolong life. The fine adjustment of the pumping unit＇s packing tightness is realized by the optimization of the makeup torque and adjusting period of the packing box and the research and application of the constant torque packing box.
