摘要
采用超声辅助正己烷/乙醇双液相萃取技术提取挥发油,结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对山胡椒属红脉钓樟与狭叶山胡椒木质部挥发油成分进行比对分析,结果表明:两者挥发油成分相似度较高,主要为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、正十七烷、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、1,3-二叔丁基苯等;同时也存在一定差异,狭叶山胡椒中含有沉香螺萜醇、β-桉叶醇、芹烷二烯酮等红脉钓樟不具备的抑菌活性成分.该研究为山胡椒属植物在医药、化工、食品等方面的进一步全面开发和利用提供了科学参考,也为GC-MS技术在该属木材识别中的应用提供了理论依据.
Ultrasound-assisted petroleum n-hexane/ethanol two-phase solvent extraction was applied to extract the essential oil from the xylem of L. rubronervia and L. angustifolia,gas chromatography mass spectrometry( GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical components of volatile oils. The results showed that there is high similarity of volatile components between L. rubronervia and L. angustifolia. The main volatile components were Methanone,( 1-hydroxycyclohexyl) phenyl-,Heptadecane,Benzene,1,3-bis( 1,1-dimethylethyl)-,2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol,etc. There are also some differences between L. rubronervia and L. angustifolia,there are others antibacterial active ingredients in xylem of L. angustifolia,for example Agarospirol,decahydro-. alpha.,.alpha.,4 a-trimethyl-8-methylene-,[2 R-( 2. alpha.,4 a. alpha.,8 a. beta.) ]-,Selina-3,7( 11)-diene. This study can provide a reference for the further development and utilization of Lindera in medicine,food and chemical industry,etc. It also provides a theoretical basis for the application of GC-MS technology in wood identification of Lindera.
