基于湿性愈合理论的优化换药流程在下肢慢性伤口中的应用效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨基于湿性愈合理论的优化换药流程在下肢慢性伤口中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月我院接受下肢慢性伤口换药护理的患者180例作为研究对象。选取2017年1~12月的90例患者作为观察组,采用基于湿性愈合理论的优化换药流程进行处理,选取2016年1~12月的90例患者作为对照组,采用常规流程换药。比较两组患者的换药次数、疼痛评分、换药总费用及治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者的换药次数少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,换药总费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的伤口治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于湿性愈合理论的优化换药流程能够有效地减少换药次数,提高伤口治疗效果,从而减轻患者的疼痛不适感和经济负担。 Objective To explore the application effect of optimal dressing change process based on moist healing theory in chronic wounds of lower limbs. Methods A total of 180 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 for the nursing of chronic wound dressing change of lower limbs were selected as the research object. 90 patients from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group, treated with optimized dressing change process based on wet healing theory, and 90 patients from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group, treated with conventional dressing change process. The frequency of dressing change, pain score, total cost of dressing change and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The frequency of dressing change in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the pain score was lower than that in the control group, and the total cost of dressing change was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The total effective rate of wound treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The optimized dressing change process based on moist healing theory can effectively reduce the number of dressing changes and improve the wound treatment effect, thus reducing the pain discomfort and economic burden of patients.
