2-丁烯双键异构化制1-丁烯的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以富含2-丁烯的C_4烯烃为原料,采用固体酸催化剂在固定床反应器内对2-丁烯双键异构化制1-丁烯反应进行了研究,考察了工艺条件对1-丁烯收率和异丁烯含量的影响以及催化剂的稳定性。实验结果表明,在反应温度260~340℃、重时空速3~8 h^(-1)、反应压力0.3~2.0 MPa的条件下,1-丁烯收率大于17%、异丁烯含量小于0.1%(w);在1 200 h的反应时间内,催化剂具有较好的稳定性。产能为20 kt/a 1-丁烯的丁烯异构化制1-丁烯工业装置运行情况表明,催化剂反应性能及稳定性良好,具有1-丁烯收率高、异丁烯含量低、再生周期长的特点。 The effects of reaction parameters such as temperature,WHSV and pressure on isomerization of 2-butene to 1-butene were investigated in a fixed bed by using C4 olefin as raw material and a solid acid as catalyst.Results showed that the catalyst had greater than 17%yield of 1-butene and lower than 0.1%(w)content of isobutene at the reaction conditions of temperature 260-340℃,WHSV 3-8 h^(-1),and pressure 0.3-2.0 MPa.The catalyst had been run steadily for 1 200 h without regeneration.Annual output of 1-butene 20 kt/a industrial device of 2-butene isomerization to 1-butene showed that the reactivity and stability of the catalyst were excellent.The catalyst was characterized by high yield,low isobutene content,and long catalyst regeneration period.
