摘要
目的探究健脾祛湿方对云浮地区气道高反应性慢性咳嗽患者的疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2017年5月我院收治的气道高反应性慢性咳嗽患者64例,随机数字表法分组,各32例。对照组予以氨茶碱片,实验组在对照组基础上予以健脾祛湿方,治疗时间为1个月。观察对比两组治疗效果、肺功能指标[第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼吸流速(PEF)]、不良反应。结果实验组治疗有效率90.63%,较对照组65.63%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组FEV1、PEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应发生率为9.37%,低于对照组37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿方治疗云浮地区气道高反应性慢性咳嗽患者疗效确切,可改善肺功能,减少不良反应。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jianpi Qushi decoction in the treatment of patients with airwayhyper-responsiveness chronic cough in Yunfu region.Methods From October 2015 to May 2017,64 patients with airway hyper-responsiveness chronic cough treated in our hospital were divided into groups by random digital table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aminophylline tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Jianpi Qushi decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment time is 1 month.The treatment effects,pulmonary function indexes [forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）,peak expiratory flow（PEF）] and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of treatment of the experimental group（90.63%）was higher than that of the control group（65.63%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and PEF of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions,such as nausea,vomiting and diarrhea of the experimental group,was 9.37%,which was lower than that of the control group（37.50%）.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of Jianpi Qushi decoction in the treatment of patients with airway hyper-responsiveness chronic cough in Yunfu region is significant.It can improve lung function and reduce adverse reactions.
