摘要
高浓度氯离子废水采用重铬酸钾法测定COD会出现误差,且氯离子浓度越高,测定结果的误差越大。在执行比较严格的COD排放标准情况下,由于COD测定误差导致的高浓度氯离子废水是否处理达标成为环境监测与环境监管争议的焦点。从测定原理和操作步骤等方面分析了高浓度氯离子废水COD测定的误差来源和影响其测定结果准确度的因素,在此基础上提出了测定高浓度氯离子废水COD的改进方法。
Using potassium dichromate method to determine COD in high concentration chloride ions-containing wastewater, deviation may appears; and the higher the chloride ions concentration is, the greater the error of the measurement results will be. In the case of relatively strict COD emission standards executed,misjudgment due to the COD error measurement when evaluating whether the high concentration chloride ionscontaining wastewater quality meet the discharge standard or not has become a focus of environment monitoring and supervision. The error sources of high concentration chloride ions-containing wastewater determination as well as the factors influencing COD determination were analyzed from aspects of principle and operating steps.On the above basis, the improvement of COD determination method for high concentration chloride ions-containing wastewater was proposed.
