Non-metallic inclusion and its effect on property of steel

摘要 简要介绍了钢中非金属夹杂物的分类及形态,分析了非金属夹杂物与裂纹的形成之间的关系。结合电机弹性轴断裂、供暖水管泄露和液化石油气罐鼓包开裂等失效实例分析了非金属夹杂物对钢的塑韧性、疲劳性能、耐腐蚀性能和氢致延迟断裂等的影响。 Classification and morphology of non-metallic inclusions in steel were introduced. The relationship between non-metallic inclusions and formation of cracks was analyzed. Several additional failure examples,including the fracture of the elastic shaft of the motor,the leakage of the hot water pipe and the cracking of the liquefied petroleum gas container,were given to analyze the effects of non-metallic inclusion on the plasticity and toughness,fatigue property,corrosion property and hydrogen induced delayed fracture behaviors of steel.
