家庭作坊式皮革业从业人员职业卫生知识知晓和服务需求的现状调查 被引量:2

An investigation of the current status of the awareness of occupational health knowledge and the demand for occupational health services among workers in family workshops in the leather industry

摘要 目的:了解泸州地区家庭作坊式皮革业从业人员的职业卫生知识知晓和职业卫生服务需求情况,为职业卫生防治工作提供科学依据。方法;采用现况调查法对泸州市家庭作坊式皮革业从业人员的职业卫生知识知晓及职业卫生服务需求现状进行调查。结果:家庭作坊式皮革业从业人员职业卫生知识平均知晓率为37.24%和职业卫生服务平均需求率为49.14%。随每日工作时间增加,从业人员的职业卫生知识知晓率逐渐增高(P<0.05)。曾在皮鞋厂工作过、有职业卫生服务需求的从业人员职业卫生知晓率分别高于未在皮鞋厂工作过的和无职业卫生服务需求者(P<0.05)。在获取职业卫生知识途径方面:通过与同事朋友交流有47人,占比高达54.02%,其余占比按大小顺序依次为:电视(43.68%)、其他(27.59%)、网络(6.90%)、报纸杂志(6.90%)、相关知识培训(4.60%)、街头广告宣传(2.30%)。从业人员职业卫生服务各项目需求率不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:从业人员的职业卫生知识知晓和职业卫生服务需求互为影响因素。结论:家庭作坊式皮革业职业卫生知晓率和职业卫生服务需求率均普遍偏低,职业卫生知识知晓和职业卫生服务需求互为影响因素。 Objective: To investigate the current status of the awareness of occupational health knowledge and the demand for occupational health services among workers in family workshops in the leather industry in Luzhou,China, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of occupational health issues. Methods: Asurvey was performed to investigate the current status of the awareness of occupational health knowledge and the de-mand for occupational health services among workers in family workshops in the leather industry in Luzhou. Results: Among the workers in family workshops in the leather industry, the mean awareness rate of occupationalhealth knowledge was 37.24% and the mean demand rate of occupational health services was 49.14%. The aware-ness rate of occupational health knowledge increased with the increase in daily working hours(P〈0.05). The work-ers who had worked in a leather shoes factory or had the demand for occupational health services had a significantlyhigher awareness rate of occupational health knowledge than those who had not worked in a leather shoes factory ordid not have the demand for occupational health services(P〈0.05). Of all workers, 47(54.02%) obtained occupa-tional health knowledge by communicating with colleagues and friends, followed by the television(43.68%), otherways(27.59%), the Internet(6.90%), newspapers and magazines(6.90%), related knowledge training(4.60%), andoutdoor advertisements(2.30%). These workers had significantly different demand rates of each item of occupationalhealth services(P〈0.01). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the awareness of occupationalhealth knowledge and the demand for occupational health services were each other's influencing factor. Conclusion: There are low awareness rate of occupational health knowledge and demand rate of occupational health servic-es in family workshops in the leather industry, and the awareness of occupational health knowledge and the demand for occupational health services are each other's influencing factor.
