摘要
目的利用信息化管理软件控制规范控制监管细胞遗传标本采集、运送、接种、处理、制备、阅片、报告全过程,把细胞遗传工作从传统的纯手工、繁琐、耗时耗力、效率低下、有漏洞的工作转变为信息化、科学化、制度化、动态化,提高工作效率,促进实验室与遗传咨询、妇产超声等个专业在产前诊断方面的信息共享,更好的为临床服务,保证细胞遗传质量控制,全面提高检验质量。方法依托LIS、HIS、产前管理软件、全自动扫描系统为数据源导向,实现各系统之间无缝对接。结果 1)结合细胞遗传工作特点,以细胞遗传标本流向时间节点控制出报告时间;2)信息化系统无缝对接,实时整合患者随访跟踪、生化免疫、分子遗传、妇产超声数据,到资源共享,保证结果准确及相关性;3)利用信息化管理系统,实现细胞遗传中实验环节、染色体计数核型、分析图谱原始资料无纸化。结论细胞遗传工作中引用信息化控制与管理可以缩短出报告时间、保证结果临床信息紧密性沟通方面、实现信息化管理、推进无纸化办公方面成效显著。
Objective：Using the control regulation of information management software to control the genetic process of the cell,the genetic work of the cell is transformed from the traditional work to the information work to improve the quality of inspection comprehensively. Methods：Multiple systems were used to connect the system. Results：1）control the report time;2）integrate data and realize resource sharing;3）to realize cell genetic paperless.using. Conclusion：Using information control and management can shorten the time of report,effectively communicate and promote paperless office.
