摘要
叶酸(folic acid,FA)也叫蝶酰谷氨酸,它是B族维生素的一种。在体内还原为有活性的四氢叶酸,后者作为一碳单位的供体,参与多种物质的生物化学过程。叶酸的代谢主要涉及DNA的合成和甲基化两个重要过程。叶酸缺乏或参与叶酸代谢相关酶系基因等位点的多态性与多种临床疾病,如复发性流产、妊娠期高血压、神经管畸形、先天性心脏病等的发生发展密切相关[1,2]。但是相关作用的确切机制并不明确,本文就叶酸代谢过程的相关基因多态性与复发性流产相关性研究进展做一综述。
Folic acid,pterylglutamic acid,is a B vitamin. In the body,it is reduced to the active tetrahydrofolic acid,which is the donor of one-carbon and participates in the biochemical process of various substances. The metabolism of folate mainly involves the synthesis and methylation of DNA. Folate deficiency or polymorphism in folic acid metabolism-related gene is closely related to the occurrence of a variety of clinical disease development,such as recurrent miscarriage,gestational hypertension,neural tube defects,congenital heart disease,etc. However,the exact mechanisms involved are not clear. This article reviews the relationship between the genetic polymorphism of folic acid metabolism and the recurrent spontaneous abortion.
